Music – Garlic Bulbs

This is a hardneck garlic of the porcelain type that makes large heads with only a handful of extra large cloves per head. Flavor is simple and strong. Great for processing or for those that use lots of garlic with less individual cloves to peel. This variety stores well into late winter or early spring if kept cool and dry. White bulb with pinky brown clove skin. Averages 5-6 cloves per head 5-6 heads per pound.
