Delicious LOCAL PRODUCE for your Thanksgiving Meal

Pickup Date: Tuesday, November 22

The Thanksgiving Box is planned to include*:  pie pumpkin, butternut squash, potatoes, carrots, beets, daikon radish, spinach and/or salad mix, kale and/or swiss chard, cabbage and/or Brussels sprouts, garlic and onions. Other additions depending upon seasonal weather conditions. Herbs include sage and parsley.

  • Mini boxes do not contain specialty crops (beets, brussels sprouts, second salad mix if available)

  • Storage boxes do not contain any herbs or any greens except cabbage

  • Grown organically (not certified)

 Full Box $60 per box, feeds 6-8 adults. Approx. 25lbs per box

 Mini Box $40 per box, feeds 2-4 people. Approx. 12lbs per box


From Farm to Fork!

Student Farmers are immersed in vegetable production, learning by doing. These high school farmers lead the CSA production and propagate approximately 40,000 plants on their farm!

Participants expand their knowledge and experience in a relaxing setting while learning alongside their peers. Sustainable agriculture, leadership development, plant-based nutrition & cooking, and a community mindset are all key components of the Student Farmer experience. Student Farmers are fairly paid and benefit from an unparalleled educational opportunity.

Membership in the Student Farmers’ CSA directly supports this educational work-study program.
