Three Sisters Tacos

In the spirit of the season, we are celebrating Native North American food with three sisters tacos. The three sisters garden is a companion planting of corn, beans, and squash. These three crops are staples of North American cooking with origins in Mexico. They are planted together because they help each other grow, just like family. Share this cooking kit with yours!

Enough for 4 people. Includes locally sourced ingredients and materials.

Skills: Make soft tacos from scratch, season and roast squash, quick-pickle a cabbage slaw, garnish.

BRING YOUR COOKING KIT HOME on Tuesday, November 14th, PICKUP LOCATION is Cornucopia Project Headquarters in Peterborough.
