Music – Garlic Bulbs

Grown by student farmers at our Educational Farm, this is a hardneck garlic of the porcelain type that makes large heads with only a few extra large cloves per head. Flavor is simple but strong. Great for processing or for those that use lots of garlic with less individual cloves to peel. This variety stores well into late winter or early spring if kept cool and dry. White (sometimes with a purple red blush) bulb with pinky brown clove skin. Averages 4.6 cloves/head, 5 heads/lb.
