Russian Red – Garlic

Rocambole garlic that reliably makes very large to large heads at our Educational Farm with fairly few that fail to size to a respectable 2.5″ diameter. Easy-peel garlic with short storage life and some double cloves, but tends to have less fused cloves compared to German Red. One of the best garlics for roasting… almost always the sweetest! Averages 9 cloves/head, 4.5 heads/lb.
