A New Chapter in the Cornucopia Project

Introducing the Community Farmhouse

Our Farmhouse Journey

The Cornucopia Project is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the farmhouse at 166 Hancock Rd, strategically located next to ConVal High School. This purchase marks a significant milestone in our mission to foster community engagement and educational growth. The farmhouse will serve as a hub for culinary training, community gatherings and a flexible residence for our interns, alumni and guests. This initiative not only addresses our program needs but also strengthens our commitment to providing unparralelled learning experiences for decades to come.

Youth Culinary Programs

Cooking Up Something New in Youth Culinary Arts

In 2023 we decided to pursue the acquisition of a new location that could support a commercial kitchen for our students. This would allow us to provide our high-school culinary training in-house in addition to our existing external intership opportunity. The high school program was envisioned as a vocational training opportunity that would prepare students for work or furthur pursuit of culinary education.

Now our dream has come to fruition and we are pleased to be working with ConVal High School to present the opportunity to the youth of our community.
