Winter Squash, Bush Delicata

Delicata variety on a compact, 4′-6′ vine with 1-2lb fruits. Unlike other Delicata varieties, this one is powdery mildew resistant, which means fruits are more likely to fully mature, resulting in sweeter fruits. Skins are edible when roasted. Available for pickup late May to early June.
