9 weeks of LOCAL PRODUCE

Pickup Dates: June 30. July 7, 14, 21, 28. August 4, 11, 18, 25.

Summer Crops* beets, carrots, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, summer squash, green onions, garlic bulbs and scapes, lettuce, kale, swiss chard, cherry and slicing tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, and herbs.

*production may vary and is weather/envrionment dependent

Pick up will be on select Thursday afternoons/evenings
4-5 different staple vegetables per bag with 1-3 special items
2.5 – 10lbs per bag depending on season and variety

From Farm to Fork!

Student Farmers are immersed in vegetable production, learning by doing. These high school farmers lead the CSA production and propagate approximately 40,000 plants on their farm!

Participants expand their knowledge and experience in a relaxing setting while learning alongside their peers. Sustainable agriculture, leadership development, plant-based nutrition & cooking, and a community mindset are all key components of the Student Farmer experience. Student Farmers are fairly paid and benefit from an unparalleled educational opportunity.

Membership in the Student Farmers’ CSA directly supports this educational work-study program.
